Baraut Krishak Vikas Producer Company is run out of Yogendra Pawar’s place. We are a group of farmers who live and work in the Baraut area. This company isn't anything fancy. It’s just a way for us to come together and do our business as a group. Farming can be pretty lonely if you’re trying to do everything yourself, so we decided to pool our efforts. We don't have a lot of polished marketing or a big office building. Yogendra’s place serves as our headquarters, but most of the real work happens in the fields. We spend our days dealing with the soil and the crops, and our evenings are for the company stuff. We talk about what seeds are performing well and where we can get the best price for our grain. It’s very informal and practical. We are all neighbors here, and we’ve known each other for years. We just want to make sure we can keep our farms running without too much trouble. There aren't any big corporate secrets here. We’re just trying to get by and make things a bit more stable for the local farming families. If you see Yogendra or any of us at the market, that’s where the business happens. It’s as simple as that. We are just trying to build something that lasts for our kids.
