Phoenix Toolings

Working out of A-51 in MIDC Waluj, Aurangabad, means we are surrounded by other industrial shops. It’s a dusty, busy part of the city, and that suits us just fine. Phoenix Toolings is really just about the daily grind of getting parts made and tools ready. We don't have a corporate office or people in suits walking around. It’s just the shop floor and the sound of machines running. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow up around us. Most days start early, getting the power on and checking the schedule for what needs to be finished. We work with a lot of different metals and specifications. It’s not always easy, and sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would. That’s just the way it goes with this kind of work. We keep our heads down and focus on what’s on the bench in front of us. Our space is organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it doesn't look like much to an outsider. We have our regulars who come in from other parts of Aurangabad because they know we are usually here until late. We don't do much talking; we just do the work.
