Nirman Gold Plastic

Out here at Gut No.12 in Limbe Jal Gaon, things are a bit quieter than they are in the main city. We are based in the Ganga Pur area of Aurangabad district. Nirman Gold Plastic is basically a large shed where we handle all of our plastic work throughout the week. The machines can be quite loud when they are running at full speed. We have been working from this spot for a good few years now. The road leading up to our gate isn't always the smoothest, especially after a heavy monsoon rain. We have a few guys from the local village who work alongside us every day. It feels more like a small family than a formal company. We usually eat our lunch together under the shade of the trees outside when the weather is not too hot. The dust from the road often gets into everything, so we are constantly dusting off the finished products before they go out. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by to visit, you will likely find us on the shop floor with grease on our hands. It is honest, hard work and it fills our days completely. Sometimes we have to drive all the way into Aurangabad just for spare parts or supplies, which takes up a lot of our time. We prefer being out here where there is more space to move around.
