G L Property Consultant

Our little office is at number 5 in Cidco No 4, which is part of the Raj Mata Housing Society. We are pretty close to Hokar Chowk, so it’s easy for people to find us if they are walking around the neighborhood. G L Property Consultant is basically just us helping people figure out where to live or what to buy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around looking at different flats and plots in the area. It’s not like what you see on TV; it’s mostly just a lot of talking and looking at paperwork. The office is small and we usually have the door open to catch a breeze. We know almost everyone in Raj Mata society because we’ve been here so long. People drop by just to say hello or ask about the local prices. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. Some days we don't have any clients and we just sit and drink coffee, and other days we are running around until late at night. It’s a bit unpredictable, but that’s the nature of property work. We just try to be honest with people about what they are getting. It’s a simple business run by regular people who know this part of town inside out.
