Green Park Pure Veg Family Restaurants

We are situated at Khultabad Corner, right on the Aurangabad Ellora Road. It’s a very busy spot because of all the people going to see the caves. There is a petrol pump right beside us, so we get a lot of drivers pulling in to fuel up and then coming over for a meal. We only serve vegetarian food here. The restaurant is set up for families mostly. We have large tables because people usually travel in big groups around here. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of cars and buses outside. We’ve been here in Aurangabad-Maharashtra for some time now. The kitchen works hard to keep up with the lunch rush when the tour buses arrive. We don't have fancy decorations, just some pictures on the walls and plenty of fans to keep the air moving. Our staff is used to moving fast. We don't really have a written philosophy or anything. We just open the doors, cook the vegetables, and hope the electricity stays on. Sometimes the water pressure is low, or the delivery truck is late, but we manage. It’s a standard highway restaurant. If you’re driving toward Ellora, you’ll see our sign right at the corner. We just try to make sure nobody leaves hungry before they continue their trip. It’s plain and simple.
