Flame & Grill Restaurant

You can find us in the Prozone Mall, specifically at Block G 74. Being in the mall in Aurangabad means there is always noise and people. We’re located in the Cidco area, near Chikhalthana. Most days start with us checking the equipment and making sure the grill is ready to go. It gets pretty warm in the kitchen, which I guess is expected. People usually come in after they’ve been walking around the shops for a couple of hours. They look a bit tired and just want a place to sit down for a bit. We see families on the weekends and a few office folks during the weekdays. The mall has its own rhythm and we just follow it. It’s a lot of work keeping things clean with so many people coming through the doors. Sometimes the music from the mall corridors leaks in, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really have a big story to tell. We just set the tables, wait for the orders, and try to get the food out without too much delay. The parking at Prozone can be a bit of a headache, so we hear about that quite often from the customers. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the staff knows most of the regulars from the neighborhood. It’s a steady job in a busy part of town.
