Delite Oven Fresh

Delite Oven Fresh is located at Shop No 4 inside the Hotel Kohinoor Plaza. We are in the Samarthnagar area of Aurangabad, specifically near Nirala Bazar. If you are around the 431001 area, you have probably passed by us. It’s a small shop, but it smells like bread and sugar all day. We start our work very early, usually when the streets are still quiet, to get the ovens heated up. There is a lot of flour on our aprons by the time the sun comes up. Being near Nirala Bazar means we see a lot of people walking by during their shopping trips. We aren't a big chain or a corporate bakery. It’s just us here, making sure the shelves are full and the products are fresh. The space is simple, with just enough room for the counters and the baking equipment in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit warm because of the ovens, but we like the atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people just find us because they live in Samarthnagar or are staying at the hotel. We spend our time checking the timers and talking to the regulars who come in every day for their usual items. It’s a straightforward life, just baking and selling things to our neighbors. We keep it honest and try to do a good job every single day. That is really all there is to it for us.
