Crystal Garden Restaurant

We’re based out in Khuldabad, which is a bit of a distance from the main part of Aurangabad. The restaurant is called Crystal Garden, and we’re right in the heart of the Khuldabad area, 431101. It’s a bit more peaceful out here compared to the city. We have a bit of outdoor seating, hence the garden name, though it’s mostly just some plants and open air. It's nothing like a botanical garden, just a place to sit outside when the weather isn't too hot. We serve local food that the people in Maharashtra like. Most of our customers are folks visiting the nearby tombs or people living in the village. The building is simple and we haven't done much to change it over the years. It has a bit of a weathered look. We don't have a big team, just a few family members and a couple of helpers from the neighborhood. We don't use any fancy kitchen equipment, just standard stoves and pots. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we have to use candles, which actually makes it look nicer for a bit. We don't have any big goals to expand or anything. We just like being here in Khuldabad and serving the people who pass through. It’s a quiet way to make a living. We keep things honest and we don't try to be anything we’re not. It is just food and a place to sit.
