Creative Engineering Services

Creative Engineering Services is based at G-7 in the MIDC area of Chikalthana. This is a classic industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Our unit is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. We do a variety of engineering services, mostly focused on the practical needs of other businesses in the area. The interior of our shop is filled with drawings, metal parts, and the sound of drills or welders. It isn't a silent place, that’s for sure. We start our day early when the air is still a bit cool, and we try to get the heaviest work done before noon. Our team is small, but they are all skilled in what they do. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; we just talk to each other and solve problems as they come up. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing them, which is just part of the life of an engineer. We don't use any fancy marketing language because our work is pretty basic—we fix things, we build things, and we make sure they work. It is a simple life here in Chikalthana, and we are happy just keeping the machines running and the services moving for whoever needs them in the MIDC.
