Our office is located at A-3 in the Sadhana Apartment building. It’s right in the Rajabajar area of Aurangabad, which is usually quite lively throughout the week. Being in an apartment block means it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office, which we actually prefer. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for breaks. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear the sounds of daily life while we’re working on our projects. Aurangabad is a good place to be, and Rajabajar has everything we need within walking distance. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the market nearby, but you get used to the sounds of the city after a few days. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking slick. The files are mostly stacked where they fit, and we know where everything is. Usually, one of us will go out to get snacks for the team around four o’clock when everyone gets a bit tired. We’ve been Sms Siemag Pvt. Ltd for a long time now, and this spot has served us well. There isn't much to say other than we show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple way of working, without any big fuss or complicated systems. We like the local feel of the street and the way people actually talk to each other here.
