You can find Bmc Electroplast over in the MIDC Waluj area at B-14/1. It’s a typical industrial spot with a lot of manufacturing going on all around us. We work with plastics and electrical components mostly. The factory floor is where everything happens, and it’s usually pretty loud with the molding machines running. We’ve got a good group of workers here who know the machines inside and out. It’s not the cleanest environment because of all the raw materials, but we get the job done. Waluj is a long way from the city center, so most of us are used to the daily commute. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy corporate offices. The boss is usually out on the floor with everyone else, checking the parts. We just try to keep the machines maintained so we don't have too much downtime. Sometimes a machine breaks and we all have to pitch in to get it fixed. It’s practical work. We don’t spend money on advertising or shiny brochures. People in the industry know we are here and what we produce. It’s just a straightforward factory life. We start early in the morning and stay until the quota for the day is finished. It’s been our routine for years now, and we just keep at it. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the plastic parts and keep things moving along.
