We are out here in Waluj, specifically at Plot No. C252/6 in the MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Aurangabad, you know it’s just rows and rows of factories and workshops. Our spot in the A-2 block is pretty much like the others. We’ve got the heavy machinery and the shed where all the actual work happens. The mornings start early because we want to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. It gets really hot under the tin roof in the afternoons. We handle a lot of industrial fabrication and parts. There isn't much of an office to speak of, just a small corner with a desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. We spend most of our time on the shop floor checking the dimensions or making sure the lathes are running right. It’s a bit greasy and noisy, but that’s just how it is in MIDC. We don’t really do anything flashy. If a customer comes in, they usually find us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of oil or dust. We’ve had some of the same guys working here for years, so we have a rhythm. We just take the orders as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule. This place has been our base for a long time, and we just keep moving along day by day without making much of a fuss about it.
