We are based at 12/35 Rajaji Nagar, II Cross, in Ariyalur. Since Ariyalur is such a big hub for cement, we are right in the thick of it here. The office is a basic setup where we manage the local side of the company's affairs. It’s a small building, and the street outside can get a bit dusty with all the trucks passing through the town. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to the people at the nearby plants. There isn't anything fancy about our Rajaji Nagar spot. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper records. We’ve got a small group working here, and we all know the drill. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much, but we have the fans going. Most of our work is about making sure the production side and the distribution side are talking to each other. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of shouting over the phone when things get delayed. We don't really have a reception area or anything like that; people just walk in if they need to talk to us. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We’ve been in this part of Ariyalur for a long time, so we know the local area like the back of our hand. It’s just what we do every day without much thought about being fancy.
