We are located in Ward Number 10 over in Simarbani. Rdmo Krishikraman Producer Company Limited is run from where Madhav Kumar stays. It is a small village in the Bhargama block of Araria. Out here, everyone knows each other because we are all dealing with the same land and weather. We decided to get organized as a producer company to help with our farming needs. It’s not a big corporate setup. Mostly, it’s just farmers from the Tola and Panch area coming together. We talk about what to plant and how to get it to the market without too much trouble. Sometimes we meet on a porch or in a field. Araria can be quite dusty during the dry season, but we stay busy. Being in Simarbani means we are close to the work we do every single day. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just walk over if they have a question about the crops or the supplies. It is a very direct way of doing things. Bihar has a lot of farming, and we are just one part of it in this corner of the state. We try to keep things moving as best as we can with the tools we have. It’s hard work, and the days are long. But that is just how life goes in our village. We focus on the soil and the harvest.
