It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the backroads of Bihar, but for us, it is just home. The village/tola of Satpura is where everything happens for us. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles at our place. It is just a practical space where we coordinate with the farmers from the local area. Araria can be a tough place to work sometimes, especially with the weather, but being based right here in the block helps us stay connected to what is actually happening in the fields. We spent a lot of time getting the paperwork right for the khata and plot numbers so everything is official. People stop by when they need help with their produce or just to see what is going on with the company. It is a very local operation. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land and the people well. We aren't trying to be something we aren't.
