Our setup is located in Simarbani, which is part of the Bhargama block in the Araria district. If you are looking for us, we are in Ward No. 10. The company name is Rdmo Farm Cultivator Producer Company Limited, and Madhav Kumar is the one who looks after the place. We are basically a group of people from the village and the nearby tolas who work together on the land. Farming in Araria is not always easy. Sometimes the rain is too much and the fields get flooded, and other times it is so dry that the ground cracks open. We grow whatever makes sense for the season. We don't have a big fancy office with computers and air conditioning. Most of our meetings happen right out in the fields or near the panchayat building. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't make big promises, we just put in the work and hope the harvest is enough to keep everyone going until the next planting season starts.
