Quality Engineering Company

Our shop is at Plot No.C1B-4744, right across from Rallis India Ltd. at Ficom Chowkdi in the G.I.D.C. area. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always trucks moving and the sound of machines going. Quality Engineering Company is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been operating out of this plot for quite a while. It’s not the newest building, but it fits everything we need. Most days we are just busy with the daily grind of engineering tasks. We aren't big on talking about ourselves much, we just prefer to let the work speak for itself. The area around Ficom Chowkdi is pretty busy, especially during shift changes. We usually have the radio playing over the noise of the tools. It’s a practical space. We’ve got the heavy benches and all the gear set up exactly how we like it. Some people find the G.I.D.C. a bit confusing to navigate with all the numbered plots, but we’re pretty easy to spot since we’re right opposite Rallis. It gets hot in the summer, but we’ve got some fans going to keep the air moving. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and start on whatever is on the bench. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it a long time now. We don't have a big sales team or anything, just the guys in the shop getting things built. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us awake.
