The place for Omkar Composites Pvt. Ltd. is out at Plot No. 104 19 20 33 34 in the Gidc area of Palej. It is a pretty large spot because of all those plot numbers joined together. If you have ever been to Palej, you know it is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of trucks and heavy machinery moving around all the time. Our gates are usually open early in the morning when the first shift starts coming in. It is not a quiet office by any means. There is always the sound of something being moved or a machine running somewhere in the back. We have a lot of space for the materials we handle, and it can get quite warm during the summer months under the roof. The walls are just plain, and we do not bother with much decoration because it is a factory environment. Everyone here has their own job to do, and we just get on with it. We eat our lunch together in the small break area, mostly just talking about the weather or how the production is going for the day. It is a practical sort of life. We do not have fancy rugs or expensive furniture. We have workbenches and storage racks. Being in Gidc means we are surrounded by other businesses just like ours, so there is a sense of being part of the local industry. It is just a solid, hardworking place.
