Ankleshwar Rubber Works

We've been here at Plot No. C1B-1023-2, C1B-1024, C1B-1025 for a while now. It's mostly just rubber work all day long. We have the machines running in the back and the noise is constant. The neighborhood stays pretty busy with all the other shops nearby. Ankleshwar Rubber Works is just a place where we show up every morning and get the jobs done. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty inside, but that's just part of the trade. My brother and I started this quite small years ago. Now we have these three plots connected together. It's nothing fancy, just a plain workshop with concrete floors. We deal with lots of different orders throughout the week. If you walk past our front gate, you'll hear the presses clanking away. It’s loud but it’s how we make our living. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us for a long time. We keep the kettle going for tea in the afternoons because it helps when the shifts get long. This part of the estate is always full of trucks moving stuff in and out. We manage to stay out of the way mostly. The roof leaks a little bit when it rains really hard, but we patched most of it last month. It’s a solid enough place to work. We just stick to what we know. Not much else to say. We are right here if you need us. It’s just how we do things.
