Welspun Guj. Stahl Rohren Ltd. is situated out at Survey No. 665 in Varsamedi village. It’s a different kind of setting compared to the city. We have a lot of space out here, which we need for the pipes we produce. Stahl Rohren basically means steel pipes, and that’s what we live for. The village is quiet, but our facility is always active. You can see the stacks of pipes from a distance. We have been here for a long time. Many of the people working here come from the nearby areas. It feels more like a community than just a job site. The sun can be very strong out here in the open fields, but we have our routines to get through the day. We don't have a lot of visitors from the city, mostly just the transport drivers and the occasional inspector. Our focus is purely on the production line. We check the welds, check the coatings, and make sure everything is stacked safely. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things simple. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk.
