Ratnamani Metals Tubes Ltd. is located out at Survey No. 474 in Bhimasar. If you head out that way, you’ll see our facility. It’s a big place because making metal tubes takes up a lot of room. We have heavy machinery and stacks of raw materials everywhere. It’s noisy and hot work, especially in the middle of summer, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe it—we take metal and we turn it into tubes and pipes for all sorts of uses. We’ve been in Bhimasar for quite a bit, and we’ve seen the area change around us. The guys working here know the machines inside and out. We aren't sitting in a shiny glass office; most of the real work happens on the floor where the metal gets shaped. There’s a lot of dust and the sound of grinding, but that’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We try to get the orders out on time, but sometimes the supply of metal gets tight or a machine breaks down, and we just have to work late to catch up. We don't spend money on big advertisements because the people who need what we make usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks on the road. It’s a practical, hands-on business and we’re just glad to be working and keeping the production line moving. It takes a lot of grit to get through the day, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project finished.
