Jai Balaji Industries Ltd,Unit-Iii,Durgapur

So we are located at 2/2395, which is right in front of the Government ITI in Talcher. Being on ITI Road means there are always a lot of students walking past and bikes zooming by. It can get pretty loud during the morning hours when everyone is heading to class. This is Unit-III for Jai Balaji Industries Ltd, but we still feel connected to the Durgapur roots. Talcher is a heavy place, lots of coal and dust in the air, especially in the Angul district of Orissa. Our building isn't very new, it has some cracks here and there, but it’s sturdy enough for the work we do. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics and the daily grind of running an industrial unit. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come over and mess with the stuff on the roof, which is always a bit of a distraction. The pin code is 759100 if anyone is looking it up on a map. Inside, the fans are always spinning to keep the heat away, but it’s still pretty humid most days. We have a small staff here, mostly local folks from around Angul who know the area well. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about desks, chairs, and old computers that take a minute to start up. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day.
