Down here in Perampeta, we started Upland Milk Dairy Farmers Producer Company Limited to work together. We are based at H.No.4-31 in the Jangareddygudem Mandal area of West Godavari. It’s a group of us local farmers who realized it's better to handle the milk business as a team. Things aren't always perfect, but we manage. You can find us easily enough if you know the neighborhood. The 534447 zip code is where most of us live and work. We don't have a big corporate building, just a practical space where we organize things. Each farmer brings what they have, and we figure out the rest from there. Sometimes the meetings take longer than they should because everyone has an opinion. That’s just how it goes when you’ve got real people involved. We’re mostly concerned with getting the milk out and making sure the cows are okay. It’s a lot of physical labor, and the hours are long. We don’t use any fancy talk or big promises here. We’re just local folks from Perampeta trying to keep the dairy business moving. The weather in Andhra Pradesh can be a real challenge for the livestock, but we deal with it day by day. It’s a straightforward life for us. We just focus on the cows and the buckets. It is what it is, and we just keep the work moving along the best we can.
