Rudravaram Fisheries Producer Company Limited is based at H No 11-10 in Besta Colony. We are located right in Rudravaram, which is part of the Rudravaram Mandal in Kurnool. Since we are a producer company, we are more like a group of local people working together rather than a big corporation with bosses in some other city. Most of our members live right here in the colony or nearby in Andhra Pradesh. The office is a simple place where we meet to talk about the catch and the prices. It’s not very big, and we usually have nets or crates lying around nearby. Fishing is the main thing here, and it’s hard work that depends a lot on the seasons and the local water bodies. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a bunch of folks trying to make sure the local fishers get a fair price for their hard work. It’s about helping each other out. The address in Besta Colony is well known to everyone in the village. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many seasons come and go. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest and it keeps the community going. We just do our bit to organize things and make sure the fish gets sold where it’s needed without any fuss.
