Our shop is on Malleswari Road, specifically at No. 7-255 near Court Road in Anantapur. We have been around this area for a while now, dealing with all the stuff farmers need to keep their crops healthy. It is a busy part of town, so there is always noise and people passing by. Inside, it smells like fertilizer and earth. We keep a lot of different supplies on the shelves, mostly things we know work well for the soil around here. We are not corporate people with suits; we are usually in work clothes and have dirt under our fingernails. People come in to ask what to do about a certain bug or why their leaves are turning yellow. We just tell them what we have seen work before. It is a practical kind of place. We do not try to push things people do not need. Sometimes the inventory is a bit unorganized, but we know where everything is. Running a business in Anantapur can be tough with the heat and the dry spells, but we manage. We are not looking to expand into a giant chain. We just like being the place where local growers can come and get what they need without a lot of fuss. If the doors are open, someone is usually there to help out or just chat about the weather. We keep it simple because that is what our customers like.
