Sss College Of Management Studies & Commerce is over here in Prasanthi Nilayam, which is part of the Navi Mumbai area. Being in Maharashtra, especially around Mumbai, means everything feels like it’s moving fast, but our college stays pretty steady. We have these rooms filled with desks where students sit through management and commerce lectures every day. The office is usually the busiest spot, especially when someone loses a form or needs a signature on their paperwork. It’s a simple setup really. We don’t have marble floors or anything like that, just regular tiled hallways and some posters about upcoming exams on the notice boards. During the break times, you can hear the chatter from the local shops nearby as students go out to grab a snack or a drink. The commute to the college can be a bit much for some, but that’s just how it is living around here. Our staff consists of regular people who live in the neighborhood or take the train in. We spend our mornings checking attendance and our afternoons grading whatever assignments were handed in. It feels like a real community where everyone knows each other’s names after a few months. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a place for learning about business while the city carries on outside our windows. We have a small canteen where the coffee is usually too sweet, but it helps us get through the long grading sessions.
