Baireddipalle Farmers Producer Companylimited is right in Nandyal, specifically at 28-1604-25 on the Sai Baba Nagar Main Road. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We are a group of farmers from the Nandyal Mandal who decided to pool our resources. Being in the town and municipality area makes it easier for us to get things moved around. The office is not much to look at, just a place where we keep our registers and meet up to talk about the business. We get a lot of dust from the main road, and the noise of the traffic is constant, but we are used to it. Most of us have been farming this land for decades. We talk about prices, fertilizers, and who is growing what this season. It is not corporate at all. We wear our everyday clothes and speak our minds. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time because everyone has an opinion. We just want to make sure the company stays afloat and that the farmers get a fair deal. It is a lot of responsibility, but we take it as it comes. We are not looking for fame, just a way to keep our livelihoods going in Nandyal. It is hard, steady work and we do not expect it to be any other way. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward together.
