Prayosha Holidays is located in the Ramkrishna Shopping Centre on Mayfair Road. We are in shop B/3, which is easy enough to find once you get into the complex. Our work is pretty simple; we help people figure out their travel plans. Whether it’s a family visiting relatives or someone going on a short break, we look at the options and tell them what is available. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks looking at computer screens and making calls to hotels or transport providers. Mayfair Road is usually busy, so there is always something going on outside our window. Our office isn't very large, but it's enough for us to do our work without getting in each other’s way. We don't go in for fancy decorations or big marketing campaigns. We mostly rely on the fact that we've been here for a bit and people know where to find us when they need a ticket. Sometimes things get complicated with bookings or last-minute changes, but we just work through the problems as they come up. We don't have a set script for how we talk to people. We just listen to what they need and see what we can do for them. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable place for the people in Anand to come when they want to go somewhere else.
