Pleasure Trips

Pleasure Trips is located in the Silver Oak Complex on A V Road. If you know where Panchal Hall is, we are right across from it in the G-1 unit. We spend most of our time here looking at maps and checking flight or train schedules for people in Anand. It gets a bit noisy on the main road sometimes but being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just drop in while they are out doing their shopping. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from quick weekend getaways to longer vacations that take a bit more planning. We have a few chairs for guests to sit while we look up prices on the computer. It isn't always fast because systems can be slow, but we get it done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first opened our doors here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out itineraries. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we helped them out before. We keep some brochures around, though half of them are probably out of date by now. It’s a straightforward business. We help you find a way to get from one place to another without too much fuss. Sometimes it's a bus, sometimes it's a plane. We just sit here and try to make the pieces fit together for whoever walks through the door.
