We're located right at Shop No 1 in the Shreeji Complex. If you’re familiar with Anand, we are directly opposite P M Patel College. Being near the New Bus Stand means there is always someone rushing past the window or popping in with a quick question. The energy around here is mostly driven by students and commuters. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day when classes let out. Our space is pretty basic, just a place to sit and figure out travel plans. We have some old posters on the walls and a desk that’s seen better days. It's a practical spot for what we do. Sometimes people just stop in because they're waiting for their bus and want to get out of the sun for a minute. We don't mind. The floor is tile and easy to sweep, which is good because of all the foot traffic. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to drivers or other agents. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The neighborhood is full of small shops like ours, so we all kind of look out for each other. You can always smell food from the nearby stalls. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to spend the day. We just keep the ledger updated and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
