Our place is located in Anand, right here in Gujarat. It’s a town known for a few things, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every day. We don't have a huge, flashy office, just a practical space where we handle recruitment and staffing. Most of the people working here are locals who know the area well. We spend a lot of time talking to businesses nearby and trying to match them with people looking for work. The office is usually a bit busy, with phones ringing and people chatting about different job roles. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that run all day to keep the heat away. It can get quite warm in Anand, especially in the middle of the year. There’s always a bit of dust because of the roads, but we try to keep the place tidy. We have a small corner for tea and snacks. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies; it’s just desks, old computers, and lots of folders. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. It’s a simple life here, and we like the pace of things in this part of Gujarat. People usually know where we are if they need to talk about hiring.
