Our business, C F Patel Co, is located in V V Nagar at the Shree Satayam Bunglow. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Mota Mahadev temple and just around the corner from Manish Corner. Working out of a bungalow gives us a different feel than being in a standard office block. It’s a bit more spacious and has a bit of a yard, which is nice during the breaks. We’ve been in this part of V V Nagar for quite a while now. The work we do involves a lot of coordination and managing various accounts. It isn't a retail shop, so we don't get a lot of random foot traffic, mostly just people we already know or have appointments with. The interior is pretty simple—just some sturdy tables, chairs, and our filing cabinets. We try to keep the place tidy, but when we’re in the middle of a big project, there are papers everywhere. The staff here is local, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic near the temple. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and help out. It’s a steady, reliable place to work. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire; we’re happy just being a solid part of the V V Nagar business community and doing right by the people we work with every day.
