Dairy Directorate

Our office is located inside the IRMA campus in Anand, Gujarat. We are in Room E 22 of the IRMA Hostel. It’s a bit of an unusual place to find the Dairy Directorate, but it works for us. Anand is known for its dairy history, so being on this campus feels right. The surroundings are actually quite nice with a lot of trees and green spaces. It is much quieter than being in the middle of a city. The office itself is quite small and filled with papers and research materials. We don't have fancy office furniture or a big meeting room. We just sit around a couple of old tables and get on with our tasks. It is a very academic environment, with students always walking around outside. We’ve been here for a while and have become part of the furniture. We don't have any interest in being a big, polished corporation. We are just a few people who are focused on the dairy sector. The weather can get very hot in this part of India, so we spend a lot of time near the fans. We don't do anything flashy or promotional. It’s just honest work in a quiet corner of a university campus. Most people who come to see us are looking for specific information, and we do our best to help them out without any fuss. It’s a simple, low-key way to operate.
