Franchisee

We are located near the milk dairy in Piriyama, specifically at Post Ashi in the Petlad area of Anand district, Gujarat. Our setup is through Maganbhai Dajibhai Patel. This is a very local business. We are right in the heart of the village area, so you can often hear the cows and the activity from the dairy nearby. Being a franchisee means we follow certain ways of doing things, but we run it with a local touch. Our office isn't anything special. It’s a small building near the main road. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the village and the surrounding areas. Anand is known for its dairy, so it’s a busy spot for that kind of thing. We don't have a big corporate team. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. The weather here can be quite dry and dusty, so we are always cleaning the desks and floors. We don't use complicated language to describe our business. We are just a local franchisee doing our job. We know most of our customers by name. It’s a tight-knit community here in Petlad. We just want to provide what we are supposed to and keep the business going for the long term. It’s simple, honest work in a small Gujarat town. We have a small porch where we sit during the breaks. The tea here is always very fresh.
