Fluoro Polymer Products

We've been at Plot No. 1/50/2 in the Phase-Iv G.I.D.C. Estate for a while now. Dealing with fluoro polymers is what we do every day. It’s a bit of a niche area, but Vithal is a good spot for this kind of work. The shop floor is usually pretty busy with different orders coming in. People around here know us for just getting on with it. We handle a lot of technical stuff that involves high heat and chemical resistance. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but it’s what we know. The machinery we use takes up a lot of space in the shed. Sometimes the heat in the GIDC gets a bit much during the summer months. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. They know the materials inside out. We don’t really spend much time on fancy offices or anything like that. We mostly just focus on making sure the dimensions are right and the material holds up. If you walk into our place, you'll see stacks of raw materials and finished parts waiting to go out. It’s a practical environment. We’ve had a few ups and downs over the years, like any small business in an industrial estate. But we keep the gates open and the machines running. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the orders. It’s just how we operate. Most days start early and end when the work is finished. It's not glamorous but it's okay.
