Our office is number 11 in the HM Patel Trade Center. It’s right in the middle of Mota Bazar, which is a really active part of V V Nagar in Anand. Being in a trade center means there are always people moving through the hallways. It’s a bit of a walk up, but it’s a decent spot. We have a window that looks out towards the street, so we can see the chaos of the market below. The room is filled with the usual stuff—files, a computer that hums a bit too loudly, and some chairs for visitors. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. Mota Bazar has a specific feel to it, very different from the main city. It’s more local and everyone seems to know each other. We get a lot of students because of the colleges nearby. They usually have a lot of questions about cheap ways to get home for the holidays. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking prices on the screen. It's a lot of back-and-forth work. The air conditioner works most of the time, but on really hot days, it struggles a bit. We keep some water for anyone who comes in looking tired. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to keep things moving. Nothing fancy, just us and the daily routine.
