You can find us in the Ocian Complex, down in Nana Bazar. We’re in Shop B-11, which is actually below the Icy Pscy Hotel. It’s a bit of a landmarks-based area, so people usually find us that way. The basement level stays a little cooler than the street, which is nice during the summer months in Anand. It's mostly just us at the desks, taking calls and looking at bus routes. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. There’s a lot of paper around—schedules, receipts, and notes scribbled on pads. We’ve been here for a bit, so we’ve seen the shops around us change quite a few times. Nana Bazar is a busy place, always full of people looking for something. We don't do anything fancy with the decor, just the basics like a few chairs and a working phone line. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but you get used to it after a week or two. It feels like a real community here. We often chat with the folks from the hotel upstairs. People drop in to ask about timings or just to see if a ticket is available last minute. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and confirming spots, but it keeps the day moving along. We try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit cluttered by five o'clock.
