Unique Fashions

You can find us in the National Insurance Building over on Queens Road. It is a solid old building and we have been here for a while. The location is good because people are always passing by on their way to other offices or the shops nearby. We handle a variety of fashion pieces. It is usually just one or two of us working here at any time. We spend the mornings folding clothes and making sure the racks look decent. Queens Road can get pretty loud with all the cars and horns, but inside the building, it stays a bit quieter. We get a lot of office workers coming in during their lunch breaks or after they finish for the day. We don't use a lot of fancy lights or decorations. We just let the clothes speak for themselves. Sometimes the stock takes a while to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that is just part of the job. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know we are just regular people trying to make a living. We try to be helpful if someone is looking for a specific size or color. It's not a complicated operation. We just open the shop, talk to people, and go home at the end of the day. Working in an insurance building is a bit different but it works out fine for us. We are just glad to have a space on Queens Road where we can do our work.
