Shiva Beauty Salon

Our little shop is right in the heart of the Main Bazar in Ram Bagh, Amritsar. We are very close to the Amritsar Bus Stand, so there is a lot of noise and people moving around outside all day. The Shani Mandir is also just nearby, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We have been in this spot for years, and the walls have seen a lot of people come and go. It is a simple beauty salon. We do a lot of bridal work and basic threading or hair styling. The shop is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we move around the chairs. The fan makes a bit of noise, but it helps. We try to keep the mirrors clean, but the dust from the street always finds its way in. It is a very local atmosphere here. We know the other shopkeepers on the block and sometimes we share a cup of tea in the afternoon when things slow down. There is not much fancy about the place. We have our tools, our products, and some old chairs that have been with us since the start. It is a busy, dusty, and loud part of the city, but it is where we belong. We just take care of the people who walk through the door, whether they are regulars or someone just passing through the bazar. It is hard work but we have been doing it for a long time now.
