Hair Xpressions

Finding us is easy if you know where the Radha Swami Chakki is. We are on Street No. 7 in the Main Bazaar of New Pawan Nagar. Amritsar can be very crowded, and our street is no exception. Hair Xpressions is a name my son picked out because he thought it sounded modern. I just call it the shop. We do all sorts of haircuts for the local families. We have a couple of chairs and a small bench for waiting. It is usually full of people talking about the price of vegetables or whatever is on the news. I have been cutting hair since I was twenty. The equipment is a bit older now, but it still gets the job done. We do not have air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that hum quite loudly. When the humidity is high, it gets a bit sticky in here, but nobody complains. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. It is a simple life in 143001. We open up at nine and close when it gets dark. Sometimes a neighbor drops by just to say hello even if they do not need a haircut. We do not do those fancy spa treatments. Just straight hair cutting, trimming, and shaving. It is what we know how to do. We have been part of this bazaar for a long time and plan to stay here as long as we can.
