Ramsarup Group

Our place is at 7C, Kiran Roy Shankar Road. It’s a solid old building where the Ramsarup Group operates from. We have a few different things going on here, so it’s never really quiet. The hallways are narrow, and we’ve filled the corners with filing cabinets and old ledgers. It feels like a place that has seen a lot of history. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we all know how the others work. We don't have those open-plan offices you see in magazines; it’s more about separate rooms and heavy wooden desks. We spend a lot of time in meetings, discussing projects or going over the numbers. It’s a very practical environment. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate retreats. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home. The neighborhood around Kiran Roy Shankar Road is okay, a bit busy during rush hour, but we are tucked away enough that it doesn't bother us too much. Sometimes the rain makes the old walls feel a bit damp, but that’s just part of being in an older part of town. We keep things moving forward, one day at a time, focusing on our daily tasks and the people we work with. It's just a group of people trying to keep a long-standing business running well.
