You can find us at Plot No. 1209 in the New Bharat Nagar area. We are located in the small lane right by the Bank Of India on Batala Road. It’s a very busy street with lots of noise, so finding a good parking spot can be a bit of a gamble most days of the week. We’ve been operating out of this specific spot for a while now. The shop is small and usually quite crowded with stock, but we somehow manage to find exactly what people are looking for. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the Gali is well-known to everyone because of where the bank sits. We see a lot of the same familiar faces every week. It’s mostly local residents or people passing through on their way to work. We don't have any fancy glass displays or bright neon lights outside. It’s just a simple counter, some metal shelves, and a lot of boxes stacked up in the back room. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the whole lane for twenty minutes, and we have to go out and help the driver navigate his way out. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down and the street gets quiet. The building is old, and it has its own quirks, like the front door that sticks whenever the weather gets humid. We just give it a good kick and it opens fine. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
