Zam Zam Bhojnalay

We have been here in Jamir Colony for a while now. It is right on Morshi Road in Chandur Bazar. If you are around Amravati, you probably know this area. We start early in the morning getting everything ready for the day. The kitchen gets quite busy around noon because people come in for lunch after work or while they are traveling. It is a simple place. We do not have anything fancy. Just tables, chairs, and the food we cook every day. My brother and I handle most of the things here. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it clean. People come for a quick meal and then head back to whatever they were doing. We do not do much advertising. Most people just see the sign while passing by. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, except for the traffic. We like being part of the community here. It is a lot of work, standing on your feet all day, but it is what we do. We buy our vegetables locally from the market nearby. That keeps things fresh enough. We keep the prices where they are so regulars can afford to come often. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it gets too crowded, which happens on market days. That is just how it goes in a small bhojnalay. We just keep cooking and serving whoever walks through the door. It is what it is.
