Anil Savaji Restaurants

Our place is right on Nagpur Road in Tiosa. If you are coming by the bus stop, you will see us pretty easily because we are right near there. Amravati is a busy area and this road always has trucks and cars moving back and forth. We serve Savaji style food which is what we know how to make best. It is spicy and the kitchen gets very hot in the afternoons when the stoves are going. I have been working here for a long time now. We do not have a fancy menu or printed brochures to hand out. We just write what we have on the board or tell you what is fresh. The tables are basic and sturdy. People stop here when they are traveling between cities. It is a good spot to take a break from driving for an hour. We start early to get the meat and spices ready for the lunch crowd. The smell of the cooking usually goes out onto the road and brings people in. We are not a big chain restaurant. It is just us and a few helpers in the back. Sometimes the power goes out in the heat but we manage to keep things moving. Tiosa is a small place so we know almost everyone who walks in through the door. We keep the water cold and the food hot and that is the main thing we worry about. If you are near the bus stop and hungry, you can just walk over.
