Sundaram Cafe

We're over at Shop No. 1 on BSNL road in Amravati. Right near Shyam square. 444601 is the area. Sundaram Cafe is just a small corner spot. We opened it up because there wasn't much around this part of the road for a quick coffee or a bite. It’s mostly just me and a couple of other guys working the counter. The space is small, so we only have a few chairs. Most people just grab their stuff and go. BSNL road stays busy during the day with people going to work. We see a lot of the same people every morning. It’s nice to recognize faces. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, and we have to fix it on the fly. It's not a fancy cafe with those expensive couches. We have basic wooden tables. We try to keep the place clean, but with people coming in and out all day, it's a challenge. Shyam square is a good landmark if you're trying to find us. We don't do any big advertising. A few flyers here and there, but mostly it's just people seeing the sign when they walk past. We serve snacks too. Nothing fancy, just things that go well with tea or coffee. It’s a decent little business. We enjoy being part of the Amravati community. It keeps us busy. We mostly just drink tea ourselves when it’s quiet in the afternoons.
