Spice Kitchen (The Grand Mehfil)

We run Spice Kitchen, which is part of The Grand Mehfil on Camp Road. We are located in Amravati, 444601. It's a busy enough spot around here. Being situated in The Grand Mehfil means we deal with a lot of events and people staying over. We just handle the food part of things. Camp Road is one of those streets everyone knows in Amravati, so finding us isn't usually an issue for the locals. It’s just a kitchen where we cook what people ask for. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just making sure the plates are full. There are a few of us working shifts throughout the day. The building is quite well-known in the area. We have been doing this for a while now. It gets quite hectic during the wedding season or when there’s a big function at the hotel. We just put our heads down and get the cooking done. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too polished, just a working kitchen in a local hotel. We like the pace of Camp Road. If you’re ever in this part of Amravati, you’ve probably passed by us already. It's a solid place to work and the locals seem to know where we are. We try to keep things consistent without making a big deal out of it. It is hard work but we enjoy it most days.
