Sai Shyam Dhaba

Sai Shyam Dhaba is situated in Karaigaon, right near National Highway No 6. This is a major route, and we are one of the spots where people stop when they’re traveling through Amravati. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, but the highway always has some movement. We’ve been here for a while, serving whoever pulls over. It could be a family on a road trip or a truck driver carrying goods across the state. We have a pretty basic setup with outdoor seating and some indoor tables too. The weather around here can get quite hot, so we have some fans going, but it’s mostly just the open air. We don't have a fancy printed menu that looks like a book. We just tell people what we’ve cooked for the day. It’s mostly local style food that we know how to make well. The staff consists of a few local guys who know the regulars by name. We don't spend money on ads or big posters. People see our sign from the road and decide to stop. It’s a very simple way of doing business. Sometimes the power goes out or the water supply is a bit slow, but we make do with what we have. It’s just how things are in this part of the country. We just try to provide a decent place for people to take a break.
