Our office is in Amravati, right near Jahangirdar Wada in the Juni Taksal area of Budhwara. Next Gen Software Services Private Limited is basically situated in an old part of the city. You can really feel the history when you walk down these narrow streets. We are not in a modern office park; we are in a place that has been around for a very long time. It is a bit of a contrast, working on software in such a traditional neighborhood. We have a small team here, and most of us grew up in or around Amravati. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk about what we do for work. It is just software services. We help people with their tech problems and build things when we are asked. The office can get a bit noisy because of the market nearby, but we like the local energy. We usually eat our lunch together and talk about what is happening in town or with our families. It is a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is closest just gets up and does it. We have been in this spot for a while and we are quite happy. We are just regular people who happened to learn about computers and wanted to work near home.
