Our office is at No. 3, Pandav Nagar, which is right near the Sea TV building in the Shahgang area. Aura Computel Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this neighborhood for a while. It’s a pretty standard setup where we handle computers, networking, and some basic telecommunications equipment. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we’re just a small team trying to keep up with how fast technology changes. The street outside can get a bit crowded with bikes and people going toward Shahgang, but it's a good spot for us. We spend a lot of time testing hardware or sitting on the floor surrounded by boxes of new parts. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of living and working here. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. Usually, people find us because someone they know told them we could fix their server or set up their office network. We like to keep things straightforward. If a machine is broken, we tell you if it's worth fixing or if you should just get a new one. It’s just how we do business. We’re here most days from morning until late evening, just getting through the work and helping out where we can.
