Our spot is in the Sai Arpan Complex. We are right below Suruchi Restaurant in Rathi Nagar, on Vmv Road. If you smell food, you’re in the right place. Search Project Consultancy is what we do. It’s mostly paperwork, meetings, and looking over plans. The office isn't very large. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We help people figure out their projects and how to get them started. It’s a lot of talking and checking regulations. Rathi Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to find. The restaurant upstairs means we never go hungry. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during the lunch rush, but we don't mind. We aren't the type of consultants who wear expensive suits every day. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the work. We’ve been here at Sai Arpan for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work is what matters. We deal with all sorts of people who have ideas they want to turn into reality. We just give them the practical advice they need. It’s straightforward. No big promises, just honest help with the details. We like the pace of things on Vmv Road. It feels like we are part of the local community here. We take our notes by hand or on the computer and keep moving.
